I have posted information on the MMO Secret Of solstice in the forum today. In the post you can read a little about the game and what my vision of when we will play this game as a team / Guild / party. I posted a Guild day today as I feel that Wednesday would be a good day to play this game. You can post your comments on this blog but preferably if you would like to change the day/time w/e please post it in the forum.

So the LAN today was a good beginning – much fun was had and we hope more people attend for the next one. It was kind of last minute and we definitely need to organize more. ShadowSlayer introduced us to Boot Fighter which was pretty entertaining. It is an arcade style game in which giant robot looking guys slash and zap each other to the death. Max joined us (redredkroovy, fox, shadowslayer) for some Warcraft III – always a favorite game at our LANs. The Insane computer kicked our butt. We ended our game night with a new RPG that Fox introduced us to – Secret of the Solstice. If you’ve ever played Ragnarok Online, it looks and plays just like it… or any other MMORPG. Check it out and get started with your character, we will either play this at the next LAN or we’ll get a schedule going so we can all play together at least once a week as a guild/party. The best part about it is that it is FREE.

Forget Zoom. Do the Pan Tilt Cha Cha. Okay. I’m a surveillance geek.

Hello Tito lovers because lets face it everyone needs a shot of Tito once in awhile right?  I was cruising around the old Youtube and I found this fan made video for a Thundercats movie. It’s been up since December so some of you geeks and ho’s may or may not of seen it. Mad props out to WormyT who seems to have a whole page more of trailers (which I have not checked out). Hello, my name is Kevin.  Marcus sent me a link to this site so I thought I would post an intro.  I’m in the IT field and I work in downtown OKC.  Marc tells me you all do LAN parties…that’s cool.  Unfortunately I’m out of the loop when it comes to gaming nowadays.  I spend a lot of my free time messing with computers and photography.  Well, better get back to work.  I’ll check back later.

Well looks like Circuit City wasn’t able to keep its creditors at bay and the company is having its assets auctioned off in bankruptcy court. Upon hearing the news the stock went from 80 cents to 3 cents a share. Sad to see another company succumb to retarded CEOs and management, but that’s the way things go. Hopefully they don’t get bailed out or anything. After all if a company does something wrong there should be consequences for their actions. Unfortunately I’m sure the upper management are busy giving themselves bonuses for their “running company into the ground” skills. I do feel for the for employees and their lost jobs, but we have to look at the bright side of this disaster for the company. For once the liquidators take hold its cheap tech stuff for all!!! After all during the last go around Fox and I made out with 70 dollars of HDD camcorders. Hopefully this time we snag some better stuff. Like maybe their networking gear or some awesome video card for my machine. Hmmm, maybe some huge HDDs for my future raid array. So remember, now is the time to ravage the remains of the company like vultures!!!
